Congressional District 6: Tucson
Legislative District 9: Mesa

Job Description
The ASA Get Out The Vote Canvassers work with ASA statewide, as well as their respective regional organizer. The Get Out The Vote canvasser reports to their Regional Organizer. The Get Out The Vote Canvasser is responsible for the implementation of strategies and activities regarding ASA priority issues, in this case, talking to voters about the upcoming general election on November 3rd, 2026. This person spends the majority of their time in their community talking to voters on and around college campuses or where students/people tend to congregate. This position is a contractor position. Duties and Responsibilities
- The Get Out the Vote Canvasser works with the ASA staff.
- Will learn to be an expert at talking to voters.
- Will develop skills to talk to a large number of folks.
- Will canvas door to door for ASA endorsed candidates.
- Will be responsible for making sure community members get information on voting.
- Will answer questions about voting and will ask their superiors if they do not know.
- The goal of this position is to help ASA talk to voters statewide.
- Assist with planning and preparation for ASA events.
